Contudo, Zorobabel, Jesua e os demais chefes das famílias de Israel responderam: “Não compete a vocês a reconstrução do templo de nosso Deus. Somente nós o construiremos para o SENHOR, o Deus de Israel, conforme Ciro, o rei da Pérsia, nos ordenou”.
