Enquanto fugiam de Israel na descida de Bete-Horom para Azeca, do céu o SENHOR lançou sobre eles grandes pedras de granizo, que mataram mais gente do que as espadas dos israelitas.

Pois, quando eles iam fugindo de diante de Israel, � descida de Bete-Horom, o Senhor lançou sobre eles, do céu, grandes pedras até Azeca, e eles morreram; e foram mais os que morreram das pedras da saraiva do que os que os filhos de Israel mataram � espada.

And as they fled before Israel, while they were going down the ascent of Beth-horon, the LORD threw down large stones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died. There were more who died because of the hailstones than the sons of Israel killed with the sword.
