Quando Josué terminou de falar ao povo, os sete sacerdotes que levavam suas trombetas perante o SENHOR saíram à frente, tocando as trombetas. E a arca da aliança do SENHOR ia atrás deles.

Assim, pois, se fez como Josué dissera ao povo: os sete sacerdotes, levando as sete trombetas adiante do Senhor, passaram, e tocaram-nas; e a arca do pacto do Senhor os seguia.

And just as Joshua had commanded the people, the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams' horns before the LORD went forward, blowing the trumpets, with the ark of the covenant of the LORD following them.
