Não podemos dar-lhes nossas filhas em casamento, pois nós, israelitas, fizemos este juramento: Maldito seja todo aquele que der mulher a um benjamita.

Yet we cannot give them wives from our daughters."For the people of Israel had sworn, "Cursed be he who gives a wife to Benjamin."
