Gideão foi então a Sucote e disse aos homens de lá: “Aqui estão Zeba e Zalmuna, acerca dos quais vocês zombaram de mim, dizendo: ‘Ainda não estão em seu poder Zeba e Zalmuna? Por que deveríamos dar pão aos seus homens exaustos?’ ”

Então veio aos homens de Sucote, e disse: Eis aqui Zebá e Zalmuna, a respeito dos quais me escarnecestes, dizendo: Porventura já estão em teu poder as mãos de Zebá e Zalmuna, para que demos pão aos teus homens fatigados?

And he came to the men of Succoth and said, "Behold Zebah and Zalmunna, about whom you taunted me, saying, 'Are the hands of Zebah and Zalmunna already in your hand, that we should give bread to your men who are exhausted?'"
