Ela chorou durante o restante da semana da festa. Por fim, no sétimo dia, ele lhe contou, pois ela continuava a perturbá-lo. Ela, por sua vez, revelou o enigma ao seu povo.

Assim ela chorava diante dele os sete dias em que celebravam as bodas. Sucedeu, pois, que ao sétimo dia lho declarou, porquanto o importunava; então ela declarou o enigma aos filhos do seu povo.

She wept before him the seven days that their feast lasted, and on the seventh day he told her, because 1she pressed him hard. Then she told the riddle to her people.
