“Na hora de trazerem animais cegos para sacrificar, vocês não veem mal algum. Na hora de trazerem animais aleijados e doentes como oferta, também não veem mal algum. Tentem oferecê-los de presente ao governador! Será que ele se agradará de vocês? Será que os atenderá?”, pergunta o SENHOR dos Exércitos.

Pois quando ofereceis em sacrifício um animal cego, isso não é mau? E quando ofereceis o coxo ou o doente, isso não é mau? Ora apresenta-o ao teu governador; terá ele agrado em ti? ou aceitará ele a tua pessoa? diz o Senhor dos exércitos.

When you offer blind animals in sacrifice, is that not evil? And when you offer those that are lame or sick, is that not evil? Present that to your governor; will he accept you or show you favor? says the LORD of hosts.
