Se ainda seu pai não tiver irmãos, deem a herança ao parente mais próximo em seu clã”. Esta será uma exigência legal para os israelitas, como o SENHOR ordenou a Moisés.

Se também seu pai não tiver irmãos, então dareis a sua herança a seu parente mais chegado dentre a sua família, para que a possua; isto será para os filhos de Israel estatuto de direito, como o Senhor ordenou a Moisés.

Numbers 27:11
And if his father has no brothers, then you shall give his inheritance to the nearest kinsman of his clan, and he shall possess it. And it shall be for the people of Israel a statute and rule, as the LORD commanded Moses.'"
