10
Finally, 1be strong in the Lord and in 2the strength of his might.
113Put on 4the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against 5the schemes of the devil.
12
For 6we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against 7the rulers, against the authorities, against 8the cosmic powers over 9this present darkness, against 10the spiritual forces of evil 11in the heavenly places.
13
Therefore 12take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in 13the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
14
Stand therefore, 14having fastened on the belt of truth, and 15having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15
and, 16as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace.
16
In all circumstances take up 17the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all 18the flaming darts of 19the evil one;
17
and take 20the helmet of salvation, and 21the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God,
18
praying 22at all times 23in the Spirit, 24with all prayer and supplication. To that end 25keep alert with all perseverance, making 26supplication for all the saints,
19
and 27also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth 28boldly to proclaim 29the mystery of the gospel,
20
for which I 30am an ambassador 31in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.

Efésios 6:10
Finalmente, fortalecei-vos no Senhor e na força do seu poder.
