Se o que o profeta proclamar em nome do SENHOR não acontecer nem se cumprir, essa mensagem não vem do SENHOR. Aquele profeta falou com presunção. Não tenham medo dele.

Quando o profeta falar em nome do Senhor e tal palavra não se cumprir, nem suceder assim, esta é a palavra que o Senhor não falou; com presunção a falou o profeta; não o temerás.

Deuteronomy 18:22
when a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him.
