They set out from 1Rephidim and came into the wilderness of Sinai, and they encamped in the wilderness. There Israel encamped before 2the mountain,

For they had departed from Rephidim, had come to the Wilderness of Sinai, and camped in the wilderness. So Israel camped there before the mountain.
