Isaías 49:7
Assim diz o SENHOR,o Redentor, o Santo de Israel,àquele que foi desprezado e detestado pela nação,ao servo de governantes:“Reis o verão e se levantarão,líderes o verão e se encurvarão,por causa do SENHOR, que é fiel,o Santo de Israel, que o escolheu”.

Assim diz o Senhor, o Redentor de Israel, e o seu Santo, ao que é desprezado dos homens, ao que é aborrecido das nações, ao servo dos tiranos: Os reis o verão e se levantarão, como também os príncipes, e eles te adorarão, por amor do Senhor, que é fiel, e do Santo de Israel, que te escolheu.

Thus says the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel and his Holy One, to one deeply despised, abhorred by the nation, the servant of rulers: "Kings shall see and arise; princes, and they shall prostrate themselves; because of the LORD, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you."
