Por acaso os seus antepassados não fizeram o mesmo, levando o nosso Deus a trazer toda essa desgraça sobre nós e sobre esta cidade? Pois agora, profanando o sábado, vocês provocam maior ira contra Israel!

Porventura não fizeram vossos pais assim, e não trouxe nosso Deus todo este mal sobre nós e sobre esta cidade? Contudo vós ainda aumentais a ira sobre Israel, profanando o sábado.
