Pois foi isso que pediram ao SENHOR, o seu Deus, em Horebe, no dia em que se reuniram, quando disseram: ‘Não queremos ouvir a voz do SENHOR, do nosso Deus, nem ver o seu grande fogo, senão morreremos!’
