Isaías 5:24
Por isso, assim como a palha é consumida pelo fogoe o restolho é devorado pelas chamas,assim também as suas raízes apodrecerãoe as suas flores, como pó, serão levadas pelo vento;pois rejeitaram a lei do SENHOR dos Exércitos,desprezaram a palavra do Santo de Israel.

Therefore, 1as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, and as dry grass sinks down in the flame, so 2their root will be 3as rottenness, and their blossom go up like dust; for they have 4rejected the law of the LORD of hosts, and have 5despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.
